Live Oak Parking
The Live Oak Parking Program (LOPP), which was established to provide beach access for visitors and reduce traffic congestion in beach neighborhoods, will begin its season the first weekend in April through the first weekend in September. As in previous years, motor vehicles parked in the road right‐of‐way during this time must display a valid Live Oak Parking Program permit, or a citation will be issued. Enforcement hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays: Monday, May 29 (Memorial Day), Tuesday, July 4 (Independence Day), and Monday, September 4 (Labor Day), 2017.

Please Note: Visitors to the Live Oak Parking Zone who do not wish to purchase a seasonal parking permit, are eligible for non‐transferable permits valid anywhere in the Live Oak Parking zone. On Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays during the season. Non-residents who wish to park within the zone area may obtain day-use permits or seasonal permits through automated pay stations at four locations within the LOPP zone. Cash and credit cards are accepted at the pay sation. These permits are non‐transferable.
Pay Station 1: At the roundabout, 5th Avenue and East Cliff Drive (Temporarily closed due to construction)
Pay Station 2: 9th Avenue and East Cliff Drive
Pay Station 3: East Cliff Drive between 18th Avenue and 19th Avenue
Pay Station 4: 32nd Avenue and Pleasure Point Drive (beach side) across from the Point Market Café
