Live Oak Parking
The Live Oak Parking Program (LOPP), which was established to provide beach access for visitors and reduce traffic congestion in beach neighborhoods, will begin its season the first weekend in April through the first weekend in September. As in previous years, motor vehicles parked in the road right‐of‐way during this time must display a valid Live Oak Parking Program permit, or a citation will be issued. Enforcement hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays: Monday, May 29 (Memorial Day), Tuesday, July 4 (Independence Day), and Monday, September 4 (Labor Day), 2017.

Day Permit: Place permit face up on dashboard. Day permits may be purchased by non-residents who wish to park within the zone area through automated pay stations available at four locations within the LOPP zone. Cash and credit cards are accepted at the pay stations. Day permits are nontransferable between vehicles and valid only when property placed on the day it was purchased. Vehicles properly displaying a Disabled Placard or a Disabled Veteran Plate, are not required to purchase a day permit. The day permits are valid between 5th Ave to 38th.
Pay Station 1: At the roundabout, 5th Avenue and East Cliff Drive (Temporarily closed due to construction)
Pay Station 2: 9th Avenue and East Cliff Drive
Pay Station 3: East Cliff Drive between 18th Avenue and 19th Avenue
Pay Station 4: 32nd Avenue and Pleasure Point Drive (beach side) across from the Point Market Café
