Notice of Preparation of an EIR

The Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) being prepared for the proposed Rail Trail Segments 10 and 11 project is available for review. Please review the NOP and provide any comments or questions by Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 5:00pm. The focus of the NOP and your comments is specifically to gather input on potential environmental issues and project alternatives to be evaluated in the EIR, not the merits of the project itself or the project design. There will be future opportunities for community input on the schematic plans. Click here to view the NOP
