Business Parking Permits

Businesses must meet the following criteria to be eligible to receive business parking permits: (1) Must be located within the Live Oak Parking Permit Zone (Zone Map); (2) Must be open weekends and holidays during the permit season; (3) Must have insufficient on‐site parking to accommodate employees and customers.

Each business in the permit zone may receive up to five permits at no charge. Additional permits are $8.00 each and quantities are issued based on the size of the business. Business permits are transferable between vehicles and valid only when properly displayed on the dash of a vehicle parked at or nearby the business for which the permit has been issued. Please use the Business Permit Application. If purchasing business permits, owners/employees must show proof of employment with the business (such as a business card, name badge, or pay stub).

NOTE: State Parks permits and/or Santa Cruz Harbor permits are NOT valid in the Live Oak Parking Zone.
